Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Guided Tours: Fully refundable if canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
- Skip-the-Line & Entry Tickets: Fully refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please fill out the refund request form available at Refund Request Form. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after reviewing your request.
Refund Processing Time
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be reflected in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 8-10 business days to appear in your account.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds are usually processed instantly, but it may take a few hours for the funds to reflect in your account.
- Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Missed Tours & Alternative Arrangements
If you are unable to attend your tour at the scheduled time, you may join any other available tour on the same day, subject to availability. Our team will make every effort to accommodate you in another tour or provide entrance access at an alternative time.
Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
